a blast! i was the opening act, all went well, excellent sound by matt, setup was fast and easy and off i went. my voice held out, amazingly as I had laryngitis just 24 hours before. didn't finish my set due to stretchng out a coupla tunes a bit too long but no problem.

It's really cool to play a gig where the audience hangs on your every cbg lick instead of talking with friends and ignoring the bands. My humbucker CBG held up well, screaming distortion thru a Music Man amp on a cbg just can't be beat. My foot drums added a certain touch to the festivities, several people came up and asked about my setup and i ended up selling several cd's.
